Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We offer a return or exchange option only if the product is damaged or if the wrong item is delivered.
• You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery by sending an unboxing video to info@honeyum.in.
• Return/exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.

REFUND PROCESS

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
