Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
• However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery by sending a clear unboxing video to info@honeyum.in.
• Replacement requests without a clear unboxing video will not be processed.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
